# LaunchForge terms — businesses established in metropolitan France
Version LF-PRO-FR-2026-10-08-1

Seller: Hugo Viaud EI, French sole trader under the micro-entrepreneur regime, SIREN 940726300, SIRET 94072630000012, 81 Rue du Tardy, 85350 L’Île d’Yeu, France. Order/support contact: contact@hugoviaud.fr, +33 6 36 10 36 51.

This offer is exclusively for an active business established in metropolitan France purchasing for its professional activity. The server verifies the exact SIRET, registered legal name and address against the public French business registry, then compares canonical Stripe billing details with the accepted contract. Declaring “business” alone does not grant eligibility. Consumers, foreign locations and inconsistent identities are refused before payment. The buyer declares authority to purchase for that business.

LaunchForge Pro supplies frozen RC7 Laravel 12 / Nuxt 4 sources, session authentication, roles, account deletion, queues, optional Stripe integration, light/dark UI, Docker/PostgreSQL configuration and CI. Exact archive: launchforge-1.0.0.zip, SHA256 4e3e3b9cb9dab495f31c431e221fd8de641c1530118afd349c1a61fae9bbd20a. PHP 8.3+, Composer 2 and Node 22.23+ are required for local installation; Docker Compose is required for container deployment. Hosting, domain, provider accounts, third-party costs and custom development are the buyer’s responsibility. Installation documentation is included; future third-party compatibility is not automatically guaranteed.

Final one-time price: 99 EUR, with no additional LaunchForge subscription, surcharge or automatic currency conversion. The seller benefits from the French VAT franchise; VAT is not applicable under articles L.223 et seq. of the French Code des impositions sur les biens et services. The buyer’s application hosting is separate. Payment is due immediately, without early-payment discount. Stripe processes the card. The server checks canonical account/product/price/amount/currency/address and contract linkage; redirects/clicks cannot establish payment. The sales contract is confirmed upon verified conforming payment.

After payment, a downloadable self-contained HTML attachment supplies the numbered invoice, recorded distinct consents, full accepted terms and cancellation form. The buyer must download this durable confirmation before requesting the ZIP. Document provision does not prove reading or email receipt. Immediate supply requires a separate explicit request and acknowledgement that the contractual cancellation option ends when supply actually starts, after durable confirmation. Otherwise the ZIP waits until the full14day period, extended to the next working day according to the attached calendar. Supply begins when the server makes the ZIP bytes available. Private access-code recovery is provided for90days; this access limit does not limit acquired-file rights or mandatory remedies.

A contractual14day cancellation option is offered to businesses from contract confirmation, without purporting to exclude mandatory protections that may apply in a particular professional situation. Before supply, the visible withdrawal function produces a durable dated acknowledgement; requests may also be made by email/post with order, date and business identity, signature only on paper. Accepted withdrawal immediately revokes access. Refunds use the original payment method within14days, subject to applicable mandatory rules; Stripe status must be verified. Outages do not erase requests or reopen access. A credit note references the original invoice. Actual immediate supply following distinct request/acknowledgement/durable confirmation ends this contractual cancellation option; defect complaints and mandatory remedies remain available.

The Pro licence permits the purchasing business to modify sources and operate one commercial product with development, test and production environments. End users may use the deployed product. Resale or redistribution as a starter, template or reusable library, unrestricted public source sharing and access-code sharing are prohibited. Another business or product needs its own licence. Upstream licences and notices remain applicable. No Community download or Agency offer is included.

Thirty days of support cover installation defects and reproducible pack bugs on the tested version via the order contact. Bespoke integrations and unlimited support are excluded. Relevant pack defects are corrected and notified in the authenticated order portal “Pack corrections”, available with the private restore code for 90 days; customers should consult it during the 30-day support period. No automatic email is promised; ongoing compatibility with future third-party versions is not promised. Applicable ordinary-law guarantees/remedies are preserved. No revenue, time-saving or business outcome is guaranteed. Applications must be verified before production use.

Invoices identify the parties, business registrations, digital operation, unit price, payment/issue dates, VAT franchise and total due. Where a sum actually remains overdue, French statutory business late-payment conditions apply: ECB refinancing rate plus10percentage points, no less than the statutory minimum, and the40EUR recovery indemnity where applicable. These are not charged on fully paid purchases. Invoice and credit-note numbering series are separate and chronological; issued accounting documents are immutable and retained ten years.

Only necessary order, contract, invoice, delivery, recovery and support data are retained. The French public registry is queried with the SIRET alone; directors and geographical coordinates are not retained. Stripe separately handles payment data. Accounting retention is ten years; support/access retention is distinct and proportionate. Privacy requests: contact@hugoviaud.fr. No advertising tracking or third-party analytics is active in this candidate.

French law applies; complaints first go to the order contact, then to the courts competent under applicable rules. No unenforceable exclusive-jurisdiction clause is imposed on a sole trader. No consumer-mediation agreement is claimed for this exclusively business-to-business offer. Mandatory protections are preserved. This English version follows the French business terms for the same scope and price.
